    HEAD OF BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & ANALYTICS

    CHISWICK - 3X A WEEK

    UP TO £85,000

    This role cannot sponsor

    THE COMPANY

    One of the fastest growing companies within the real estate industry that is undergoing a huge data transformation at the moment is looking for a Head of Business Intelligence & Analytics to own the data function within the company

    YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    In this role you will be:

    • You will be responsible for owning the migration project into Azure and the Azure data stack
    • Leading and building up a team of analysts underneath yourself
    • Develop and implement the BI strategy to support business objectives and drive growth
    • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency improvements through data and analysis
    • Being the technical lead within Power BI and DAX by overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of BI dashboards
    • Partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable BI insights

    YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    The successful candidate will have:

    • Experience building up a young team with the ability to inject external experience into the team, leading by example
    • Strong experience working and building out the data warehouse within Azure, and the Azure stack, on data migration projects
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions
    • Proficiency within Power BI, DAX, and SQL with experience working on large data sets and data warehouses
    • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation
