    Six Degrees is currently transforming and adopting a new business model, including a mix of work performed on-shore in the UK as well as some activities being undertaken offshore. The People Team is integral to supporting that transformation, including managing the impacts on UK-based employees as well as supporting the mobilisation of employees based off-shore.

    The People Team plays a crucial role in supporting this transformation, managing the impact on UK employees and facilitating the mobilization of offshore employees.

    As the HR Systems Manager, you will be the main point of contact for the team regarding regular or ad hoc system inquiries, such as system settings, templates, field and drop-down creation, and modifications.

    As part of the role you will be developing, maintaining, and reviewing the HR Management Information System. You will have the responsibility of completing the mapping for our current issues and identifying further integration needs with Adaxes and other internal systems to streamline our processes.

    The successful candidate will be supporting our Peoples Business Partners in streamlining and improving processes and setups related to the internal learning management system, Litmos. You will need to identify options for integration and streamlining, and implement them accordingly where agreed upon.

    Ideally we are looking for candidates with experience in similar roles (Systems, Data/Analytics, and Process) who can manage the implementation of HR and payroll systems, including process design and bespoke integrations.
