Your Story
We are looking for an Engineer to join our team in the North West region, based in our Chorley office. Story Homes are undergoing an exciting period of growth, having secured a number of new development sites which we are looking to bring forward in the short term. We are also active in the acquisition market to secure additional schemes. This has created an opportunity within the business for an Engineer to join the team and support with preparing and reviewing engineering information prior to us securing or starting on these sites.
This role will involve delivering detailed engineering viability information to support the land acquisition process and supporting with tender and construction preparation. The successful candidate will support the Story Homes vision and growth plans by managing schemes from a technical perspective from conception through to handover and issue of the construction pack. We are looking for someone with engineering experience in the housebuilding industry, excellent attention to detail and good multi-project management and IT skills including AutoCAD and Microsoft.
