Up to £22,500 Dependant on experience

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Resolutions Advisor.


What you'll be doing:


  • You'll be responsible for logging and acknowledging all incoming correspondence.
  • Ensuring all complaints are seen through to completion.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure suitable resolution.
  • Raising charges and credits on customer's accounts.
  • Experience in handling and resolving complaints.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills.

Salary:
£21,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
