Up to £22,500 Dependant on experience
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Resolutions Advisor.
What you'll be doing:
- You'll be responsible for logging and acknowledging all incoming correspondence.
- Ensuring all complaints are seen through to completion.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure suitable resolution.
- Raising charges and credits on customer's accounts.
- Experience in handling and resolving complaints.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent problemsolving skills.

Salary:
£21,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
