    Description

    We are looking to engage with Freelance Employability Tutors, provisionallyfor 3-6 months, to hold cohorts in any of the following locations:

    - West Yorkshire

    - North Yorkshire

    - Blackpool

    - Preston

    - Liverpool

    - Greater Manchester

    - Warrington

    Please note: We are currently only recruiting for qualifiedtrainers. If you do not have the required qualifications, we will be unable totake you further at this stage.
    You must have all required certificates and CPD up to date.

    Whilst we can't promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be:

    - Organise, plan, deliver, and evaluate teaching, learning, and assessment at a range of levels, as well as the timely completion of related admin using our e-portfolio systems.
    - Ensure the successful completion, achievement and progression of all learners on your caseload in a timely manner.
    - Constantly identify progression opportunities for learners
    - Build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships with all clients.
    - This role will require you to both travel to client's premises or our skills hubs and work remotely and flexibly as and when required

    NB. Our cohorts are 3 weeks of delivery, followed by 1 week of admin and preparing for the next cohort, working 9am-5pm. You must be able to commit to a full 4 weeks of delivery. The role is available on a fixed-term contract or self-employed basis.

    About You

    Experience of delivering employability (or similar) courses
    - Experience and confidence in virtual/online delivery
    - Have a minimum of GCSE Grade 4/C for Maths and English or equivalent
    - Hold a relevant teaching and assessing qualification (or equivalent) - desirable
    - Experience, knowledge and understanding of safeguarding practices and legislation
