    Light Vehicle (Van) Technician Apprenticeship
    Light Vehicle (Van) Technician Apprenticeship

    Motus Truck & Van have an exciting opportunity for an outgoing & proactive individual, developing skills in vehicle maintenance & repair.

    Working in a busy environment, representing the brand by exceeding our customer's expectations & delivering an unparalleled level of service & quality.

    As a Light Vehicle (Van) Technician, you will service and repair all systems within a vehicle up to 3.

    The training you will be getting

    Working towards a Level 3 Motor vehicle Service and Maintenance Light Vehicle Technician Apprenticeship you will learn the key principles, practices and skills that underpin the role before further developing and applying your skills in more complex situations.

    Delivery method and location of training to be confirmed. Before the Standard is met, all apprentices must hold a certificate that meets the EU's 2014 F-gas regulation. Functional Skills in English and maths available if required.
    What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
    Completing an apprenticeship is just the start of your career at Mercedes-Benz.

    Examples of some career paths our graduates have taken are:


    • Maintenance, System and Diagnostic Technicians
    • National Minimum Wage
    GCSE or equivalent English (Grade A*-C/9-4) Desired

    Please ensure that you have the ability to travel to the place of employment daily and consider this in relation to potential wages.

    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

    Salary will be at least apprentice national minimum wage.
