    Description
    Join our fast-growing and highly reputable client in Ipswich as their Health and Safety Manager You will hold responsibility for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, developing and implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and overall promoting a culture of safety across the whole organisation
    Develop and execute strategy plans, projects, initiatives, and KPIs to align with the company objectives.
    Health and safety regulatory compliance
    Oversee and deliver QHSE training, advice, and guidance to all areas of the business.
    Conduct risk assessments, and safety inspections and enforce preventive measures.

    Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Health and Safety Officer/Manager position
    – NEBOSH/CMIOSH qualified and proven QHSE experience
    – Strong technical knowledge of occupational health and safety and relevant ISO requirements
