    Description

    The Opportunity

    Managing all aspects of the Brand's global social media channels – with key focus on TikTok and Instagram (and to smaller extent YT and FB). The role focuses on developing exciting video content and managing the social content calendar and keeping on top of key KPIs of the platforms with focus on engagement. This role participates in the strategy definition across all channels and will be instrumental in driving the Brand's voice and expression across the social channels.

  • Develop innovative and creative social media content plans, manage the editorial calendar and tap into the creator community.
  • Create social media campaign briefs and mood boards for creators and agencies.
  • Create fresh and exciting content for social media, primarily TikTok and Instagram in order to support global marketing campaigns.
  • Source external online content that can be integrated into social channels.
  • Monitor, report and evaluate Brand's social channels, industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Keep abreast of the social media, creative and industry trends.
  • Ad-hoc project support across social media and PR.

  • Experience within Beauty, Luxury, Fashion, Advertising, Creative Agency, or Consumer Goods in a similar role.
  • Proven social media experience.
  • Proven video content experience.
  • Creative eye, with the ability to come up with concepts and ideas from scratch.
  • Interest in and experience with short and/or long form video content that lives on social channels.
  • Self-starter able to work autonomously, driving momentum on multiple projects and proactively planning ahead.
  • Highly organised with prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Collaborative team player, with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • At ease dealing with complexity and ambiguity.
  • Sensitivity to luxury and good attention to detail.
