    Job Description: As a Field-Based Salesperson within our Automotive Sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth while prioritising empathy and understanding. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our wheelchair accessible vehicles to potential customers across the South West of England, establishing and nurturing relationships, and achieving sales targets. This position requires a dynamic and compassionate individual with a deep understanding of our customers disability and the automotive industry.

    Key Responsibilities;

    • Empathetic Client Engagement: Understand that each customer is unique and approach every interaction with empathy. Listen actively to their needs, concerns, and goals. Provide a personalised and compassionate response.
    • Prospect and Identify Clients: Research and identify potential clients within this sector, always keeping in mind the unique challenges they might face. Develop a targeted list of prospects for outreach.
    • Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive sales presentations, emphasising how our automotive products/services can genuinely address our customers' specific needs and concerns.
    • Negotiation and Closing: Recognise the importance of fairness and understanding in negotiations. Work collaboratively with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions. Close sales while ensuring customers feel valued and understood.
    • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, all while considering the impact on our customers. Use this knowledge to adapt sales strategies and be a source of valuable insights for clients.
    • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and progress towards targets. Use data to better understand and serve clients' needs.
    • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing any enquiries or issues promptly and with empathy. Strive for a high level of customer satisfaction by genuinely caring about their success.
    • Travel: This role requires extensive travel within the designated region or territory to meet with customers and attend industry events, always with an empathetic and supportive approach.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record in sales within the automotive sector.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, coupled with a genuine sense of empathy.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong knowledge of automotive products/services and industry trends.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
