- Oversee recruitment activities, encompassing candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing across various positions within the company, to align with our commitment as a Disability Confident Leader.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company objectives and legal standards.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
- Coordinate performance management procedures, including goal establishment, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Administer employee benefits programs, encompassing healthcare, pension, and wellness initiatives.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives to foster employee growth and skill advancement.
- Maintain HR records while ensuring adherence to data protection regulations and confidentiality policies.
- Supervise employee relations, offering guidance on issues, conflict resolution, and, when necessary, disciplinary measures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- An advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated HR management experience, with a focus on employee relations and culture development.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in the UK.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR software tools for efficient data management and reporting.
- Interest or experience in developing inclusive recruitment and retention policies and procedures.
