- Consulting with clients to provide advice on the best route to market, salary & benefit benchmarking.
- Candidate generation – Proactively sourcing relevant, high-calibre candidates, this will involve utilising multiple methods and channels including headhunting, re-generation, marketing, social media, networking etc
- Writing adverts to display on our website, LinkedIn and other job boards in order to attract talent and screening applications.
- Conducting telephone and face-to-face screening interviews to qualify candidates
- Checking all necessary compliance documentation and updating on our database
- Maintain candidate engagement via regular contact to monitor progress
- Support with administrative duties (i.e. branding CV's, uploading candidates to the system etc.)
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance, targeted environment
- Strong IT and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Previous recruitment experience
- Ability to think on your feet and learn from your mistakes (we all make them)
