    Description
    We are recruiting for a Commercial Account Handler to join our growing team in Birmingham/ Wolverhampton.

    You will be responsible for delivery of customer satisfaction to agreed service standards and procedures, ensuring full FCA compliance in all aspects of insurance.

    As well as working to ensure accuracy, efficiency and professionalism when dealing with both client and insurer in all aspects of the role:

    Mid Term Adjustments, Broking, Renewals, Cross sales, Claims, Queries Premium financing arrangementsOverview of dutiesAdvising a bank of allocated clients on existing products in accordance with their needsSales support including account brokingLiaison with Account Executives in all aspects of account handlingEnsure bad debt queries are dealt with efficiently and in line with company procedureEnsure all business activity fully complies with FCA regulation and company procedures as detailed in the Operations and Compliance manuals – use checklists and support documentation as provided by the company to assist with demonstrating complianceHandle any complaints in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirementsConduct learning, training and assessment exercises in accordance with the individual T&C scheme applicable to you.

    Identify further areas for own development as requiredAchieve and maintain a high level of customer service and promote exceptional customer care standards at all timesDevelop and maintain a professional working relationship with all clients and provide expert product advice and guidanceActively secure renewal business by re-broking existing business to ensure the client is presented with the most suitable and cost effective coverPerson specificationKnowledge, skills and abilities:Attention to detailConfident communication and inter personal skillsAbility to work under pressure, maintaining accuracy and attention to detailBuilding strong relationships with e.g.


    clients, prospects, insurers etcEducation/ experience:
