    Our clienthas a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Aftersales Manager tojoin them at their dealership inDagenham.

    Youllbe responsible for assisting the Aftersales Manager with personneland operations of the Service Department and anticipate andidentify customer needs. Youll be responsible for maximising theuse of all available resources to ensure the department is run inthe most effective manner. Youll be able to make a difference andmotivate other team members to achieve their business goals.

    JobPurpose:

    To drive thestandard in customer care. You ll organise and operate the servicefunction within the dealership optimising the use of availableresources and ensuring the highest level of customer service ismaintained. You ll exemplify our clients Purpose Principles andAmbition (PPA) in all dealings with colleagues customer andprospects.

    Requirements

    KeyResponsibilities andAccountabilities:

    • Supportthe effective management of the dealerships Aftersales function.
    • Maximisethe use of all available resources to ensure the department is runin the most effective manner.
    • Give thediverse customer base a positive impression of themselves and ourclient
    • Deliverthe most positive customer experience possible in line with ourclients PPA.
    • Anticipateand identify customer needs and meet and exceed them byrelationship building and taking responsibility for resolvingcustomer problems.
    • Work withcustomers to the highest ethical and professional standards tobuild long term profitable relationships.
    • Demonstrateexceptional product knowledge and communicate this appropriatelywith customers.
    • Actproactively to add value.
    • Be aSubject Matter Champion supporting colleagues with knowledge skillsand expertise to improve business performance and profit.
    • Identifyopportunities for reducing waste/inefficiency or improvingquality.
