    Description
    TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in the Brighton area.

    They are looking for an experienced Trade Supervisor with social housing experience to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team.


    The purpose of this role is to ensure that all social housing refurbishment and responsive work, associated activities for the contract, and all additional works are delivered as per the agreed KPI and SLA.

    The successful candidate will oversee the onsite engineers in respect of all HR, H&S, and Performance issues and to ensure they are fully aware of the delivery aspect of the contract.

    Manage the trade team and project scope for the different sites; Ability to send quotes for any additional work.


    • Assist with the scheduling of Job Packs for Sub-Contractors.
    • Continually monitor all activities on site to ensure that all statutory, regulatory, and contractual compliance is met.
    • Cherry Pickers/MEWPs/Scaffolding and any other plant required.
    • Monitoring H&S and workstreams.
    • Company vehicle, fuel card, purchase card etc. provided.

    Hours:
    Monday - Friday

    Experience managing sub-contractors on social housing and void contracts.


    • Full UK driving license.
    • SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)
