    Description
    Our client who are a small specialist boutique law firm based in South West London are keen to add a new Paralegal to the firms' conveyancing team

    Responsibilities:


    Managing the onboarding of suppliers, including co-ordinating the process and liaising with the contract owner, lawyer, and the data protection and information security specialists involvedAssisting in the review and release letters with clients and other third partiesConducting legal research for the team and managing data/recordsAssisting with policies and procedures, covering areas such as reception, file opening and closing/archivingAssisting with a wide range of other legal, risk and compliance mattersProviding general support and assistance to other lawyers within the teamWhat skills and qualities are we looking for?6 months conveyancing experience - essential.

    A can-do attitude with excellent communication skillsStrong negotiation skills with legal conveyancing issuesExcellent working knowledge Microsoft Office suite skills.
    Salary £22,000Hybrid Working (4 days office and 1 day from home)
