- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4, with a proven track record of raising student achievement.
- Previous leadership experience within an educational setting, ideally as a Head of Department or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and innovative teaching methods.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Experience in teaching A-Level Mathematics.
