Kingswood Group are proud to be partnering with an award-winning private healthcare firm, who truly put people first in everything they do, are looking to appoint an experienced Clinical Recruitment Consultant on a permanent basis, with hybrid working, basedat head office in Essex.

Key responsibilities include:

Manage the recruitment for all nursing and clinical roles across the business.
Arrange interviews and the preparation of the interview packs.
Work with dedicated overseas recruitment agencies to plan recruitment events in line with the required timeframes.
Welcome arrivals from the airport when required and help arrange accommodation upon arrival.

Key skills and experience required include:

Proven experience recruiting for clinical and nursing roles in an agency or in-house environment.
Experience of overseas recruitment desirable
Experience of managing agencies
Ability to work at pace and meet deadlines
Good stakeholder relationship management skills
