This position offers a fixed-term contract lasting 12 months
The Aftersales Consultant role encompasses the following key duties:
- Achieving monthly targets for equity loan and/or staircasing completions
- Keeping clients informed on transactions through regular communication
- Providing sound advice to customers and key stakeholders based on lease and legal charge interpretations
- Maintaining accurate records in the Salesforce CRM system
- Ensuring compliance with FCA and AML regulations
- Coordinating with internal and external parties to facilitate timely transaction completions
- Staying updated on relevant legislation and product advancements
- Handling initial complaints, gathering necessary information, and delivering suitable responses to customers
Key Qualifications for Success
- Proficiency and experience in equity loans and/or staircasing processes, as well as shared ownership products
- Demonstrated capability in achieving sales targets
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and managing challenging situations
- Practical knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations and FCA laws
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail
- Minimum education requirement of GCSE level C or equivalent work experience
