    In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment.

    You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables.

    You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building.

    You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.


    • They ensure that clients receive necessary resources and excellent customer service.

    Strategic Planning:
    They participate in deliverables such as market analyses, communication plans, and marketing strategies.


    • Drawing on extensive experience and knowledge, principal consultants help clients improve their operations. Principal consultants advise on organizational change messages and obtain management support. They organize internal teams and oversee deliverables, ensuring quality assurance.
    • They identify potential leads, create project proposals, and maintain strong business relationships.

    Industry-Specific Focus:
    Engage in externally focused activities, such as guiding SWOT analyses, competitive assessments, and product development.

    Proven experience as Prinicpal Consultant or other managerial / consulting position large programs / accounts within Oil & Gas domain.


    • Experience in support, upgrade, migration and enhancements projects.
    • Delivery of projects in an IT business environment in Oil & Gas industry
    • High quality awareness
