    Business Development Executive - North Manchester - £25,000 - £35,000 + Bonus

    About the Company

    Looking for a Business Development Executive who would be responsible for sales/business development. This is for a growing Building Services organisation in the North Manchester Area.

    The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Development Managers and play a key role in developing and growing accounts and finding new business by building on, and strengthening working relationships with old clients and with new clients relationship building, and ensuring that exceptional customer service is delivered in every respect.

    This will be a key role in the interface between the clients and the business and is responsible for maximising new sales across the UK.

    Business Development Executive The Rewards
    • Basic up to £35,000 dependant on experience in a similar role + package + Bonus
    Business Development Executive Requirements

    Essential
    • Proven experience in an internal sales, outbound new business development, account management or customer service role
    • A proven track record in building positive relationships with clients and colleagues
    • Experience of coordinating activity and achieving key deliverables
    • Experience of updating a knowledge database system, CRM
    • Experience of working in a fast-paced customer-driven environment
    Desirable
    • Experience of producing sales quotations/proposals
    • Experience of carrying out a commercially focused role
    • A background in IT, Engineering, Construction, Facilities Management, Datacentres or M&E Contracting.
    This role would suit a BDM, Business Development Executive, Territory Manager, Sales, New Business Sales, Internal Sales Executive, Internal Business Development Executive, Internal Account manager, Account Manager, or Business Development Manager with experience in the FM, Data centre, IT, Fire & Security, Construction, Telecoms or Building Services, anyone outside of these sectors would not be considered at this time for interview.
