    Employment Solcitor, Salary £50 -£55k + great benefits + excellent firm culture, Hybrid, London

    Top 200 London Law firm with an unrivalled reputation, provides a friendly, and inclusive environment, providing a space and opportunity for their people to flourish. They believe in fostering a supportive team atmosphere where everyone's contributions are valued and recognised.

    They are looking to expand their employment team and are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Solicitor who is looking to join a successful firm and offer additional value to their clients.

    The Role:

    You will be managing your own caseload as well as assisting Partners on more complex matters. You will be working with a variety of cases including contentious and non – contentious matters for claimant and respondent clients including:

    For claimants:

    • Employment disputes
    • Unfair dismissals
    • Settlement agreements
    • Redundancy and TUPE
    • Bullying, Harassment and Discrimination claims
    • Employment tribunal Claims

    For respondents:

    • Drafting settlement agreements for businesses
    • Drafting employment contracts
    • Dismissals and redundancies
    • Restrictive covenants and confidentiality agreements
    • Defending tribunal claims

    Trade union work:

    • Assist in advising high profile unions and their members through the Employment Tribunal process and working on numerous group action Protective Award claims.

    What they are looking for:

    • A Solicitor or Legal executive with 2-3 years PQE
    • Have broad experience across employment law matters
    • A keen interest in business development and networking with the team as part of the business plan for the department.

    • Display initiative and have an innate drive to succeed.
