- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of 25 staff members, with support from a deputy manager and senior support workers.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the service maintains its Good rating with CQC and work towards achieving an Outstanding rating.
- Regulatory Compliance: Complete the Ofsted registration process and successfully pass the Ofsted interview to become legally responsible.
- Operational Duties: Work from the office with regular visits to homes. Be available for on-call duties as required.
- Educational Requirement: Completed or willing to complete the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar role within children's services.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Ofsted registration and CQC standards.
- Personal Qualities: Dedication, motivation, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Schedule – Monday – Friday 9-5
Full-time (40 hours per week).
On-Call Duty: Required to be on call as part of the role.
