This post is an administrative role working for the Probation Service across the North East region with two NHS partners who are jointly commissioned to deliver on the Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) strategy.

NE Probation Region Job RoleThis post is an administrative role working across the North East region with two NHS partners, who are jointly commissioned to deliver on the Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) strategy.
The post holder will report to the Senior Administrator within the partnership.The purpose of this role is to help ensure the efficient and effective running of OPD work streams, providing a full set of business support services by the collection and recording of activity and data.
Maintenance of documents, reports, databases, rota's and registers using computer-based systems;Use of data to report on
Development and implementation of the business administrative systems, databases, recording processes and recording systems to support operational delivery
Maintaining registers, inputting data, monitoring and updating as necessary
Performance Management
Respond to internal and external requests for performance monitoring information, training or support at a PDU level as directed by the performance lead
Allocation of data entry tasks and quality assurance of support staff to ensure cost effective and efficient use of resources.
Participate in Cluster meetings to present and explain data to NPS colleagues, using appropriate skills, styles and approachesEnhance your own performance
Proactively commit to professional development
Develop and utilise data to identify trends and take appropriate action to maintain and enhance performance
Plan, implement and manage systems for the exchange to sensitive information, data and intelligence

Additional Information 1 Working Arrangements & Further Information
The MoJ offers Hybrid Working arrangements where business need allows.
This is an informal, non-contractual form of flexible working that blends working from your base location, different MoJ sites and / or from home (please be aware that this role can only be worked in the UK and not overseas).
Some roles will not be suitable for Hybrid Working. Similarly, Hybrid Working will not suit everyone's circumstances.For nationally advertised roles, the successful candidate(s) will be appointed to a MoJ office location, which may include their nearest Justice Collaboration Centre or Justice Satellite Office.
Standard full time working hours are 37 hours per week excluding breaks which are unpaid. HMPPS welcomes part-time, flexible and job-sharing working patterns, where they meet the demands of the role and business needs.All applications for part-time, flexible and job-sharing working patterns will be considered in accordance with the HMPPS' Flexible Working policy.
Annual LeaveA nnual leave is 25 days on appointment and will increase to 30 days after five years' service, plus public holidays.

The National Probation Service is covered by the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) run through the Greater Manchester Pension Fund (GMPF).
Any current Civil Servant who is a member of the PCSPS, by accepting an offer of employment to the National Probation Services will be opted out of the PCSPS and auto enrolled into the Local Government Pension Scheme.
