    The Opportunity:
    Our Clips channels are growing at an exponential rate and this will be no different in this new company.

    Our commitment to creation of Clips that super-charge growth and engagement across all our channels is central to our strategy.

    We are therefore looking for people who can elevate and accelerate our work in this area.

    You will have a keen eye for social and YouTube trends, possess strong technical skills, and be able to bring fast paced creativity and innovation to your work.

    Key Responsibilities Edit and organise video clips to create compelling and engaging content for Youtube and SocialEnsure that the content is thumb stopping in it's visual appeal and meets our high standards every time even under pressureTrim footage, add transitions, graphics, and sound effects to enhance the final product across all channels and platformsManage and organise a large library of clips for easy access and retrieval for internal and external purposes Understand the impact and importance of changes in algorithm or platform prioritiesRequirementsMust Haves Proven work experience as a Clips Editor or a similar role for Youtube/SocialProficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere ProStrong understanding of visual storytelling and editing principlesExcellent knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression techniquesExcellent knowledge of industry-standard editing software and trends Stay up-to-date with the latest editing techniques and software to continuously improve your skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while consistently exemplifying our culture and valuesStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively under very tight deadlinesExcellent communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts.

    Strong organisational and time management skillsNice To HavesA keen interest in AI & examples of how it has or will create optimal Trailer outcomesExperience in a similar role, in a YouTube first or Social first based environmentLocationLondon - Shoreditch ~ we are an in-person-first culture and believe in fostering a vibrant and work environment centred around connection and community.
