    Job Title: Senior Events Designer - Luxury Brand Experiences

    Salary: £55,000

    Location: London (3 days a week in the office)

    About Us:

    An amazing client of mine, a London-based experience design agency specialising in crafting extraordinary events for the world's leading luxury brands, is growing. They are a team of passionate storytellers, meticulous planners, and creative minds who come together to design events that captivate audiences and leave a lasting impression.

    About the Role:

    As a Senior Events Designer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' visions to life. You will be responsible for the entire design journey, from conceptualising unique experiences to overseeing the final execution. You will collaborate closely with brand teams, event planners, and vendors to ensure every detail aligns with the brand's identity and target audience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conceptualise and develop creative event design concepts aligned with client briefs and brand strategies.
    • Conduct in-depth research on target audiences, brand narratives, and current design trends.
    • Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, mood boards, renderings, and technical specifications.
    • Source and collaborate with vendors specialising in luxury event production (furniture, décor, lighting, etc.).
    • Manage design budgets and ensure adherence to project timelines.
    • Oversee on-site execution, ensuring the final event reflects the approved design plans.
    • Work collaboratively with a team of designers, planners, and project managers.
    • Stay current on industry trends and design innovations within the luxury event space.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in event design, within the luxury sector.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative and impactful event designs.
    • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Suite, SketchUp).
    • Excellent understanding of event logistics, production, and budget management.
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
    • Passion for luxury brands and understanding of the unique considerations for this market.
