    Seize this opportunity with Hitachi Energy UK as a Sales Specialist for Grid Automation. A hybrid role with access to our West Midlands offices.

    Having experience within the energy sector, you will bring both sales skills and technical knowledge to help you liaise with customers about our products and services.

    In our collaborative sales process, you will assess customer needs and recommend tailored products, services to deliver tangible, measurable solutions to meet their needs.

    Through delivering a strategy based on medium to long-term business growth plans you'll protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with prospects and customers.

    Successfully growing our market participation within our Grid Automation portfolio of AC (Automated Controls) System Sales new and existing customers.

    Working to Hitachi Energy's quality standards and procedures
    Working with the tender team, project managers and engineers to contribute and collaborate to win new business.
    Applying financials, costs analysis when scoping opportunities for new growth and expanding existing market share

    General Sales & Marketing experience with on a combination of general sales and marketing with face-to-face and/or remote sales to new or existing customers.

    Existing knowledge of the energy sector - ideally within Grid Automation
    Fluent in both spoken and written English and an articulate communicator at all levels
