Management Accountant

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Management Accountant to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving their financial success.

As a Management Accountant, you will be a key contributor to the realisation of our Client's strategic objectives and growth plans.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely financial data, supporting the Board in making informed decisions.

Monitoring and reporting on financial operations within the business will be integral to your role.
Prepare accurate and timely Monthly Management Accounts and Duties

Reconcile Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, and Bank facilities
Maintain Fixed Asset Register and HP schedules
Monthly reconciliation of IF and Xero
Oversee payrollassociated interfaces
Take responsibility for HMRC compliance (VAT, PAYE/NIC)
Collaborate with external accountants for yearend Financial Statements and schedules
Provide additional financial reporting as required, including the development of departmental P&L analysis

Strong accounting systems experience

Good working knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office
Fully qualified in accounting (ICAS/ACMA/CIMA)
Payroll experience

Xero experience

Knowledge of transport and organic resource management operations
