Astute's Power team is partnering with a leading timber processor to recruit a Maintenance Engineer for its Troon site.
The Maintenance Engineer role comes with a highly competitive base salary and full benefits package.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the General Manager you will:
Carry out reactive and proactive maintenance on production plant and equipment.
Installation of new equipment
Fault find and resolve problems on equipment.
Participate in both summer and winter plant overhauls.
Complete work permits as required.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
Time-served multi skilled maintenance professional
18th Edition wiring regulations
Knowledge of PLCs, Servo Drives & Robotics
Personal skills
The Maintenance Engineer role would suit someone who is:
Excellent with planning and attention to detail
Able to work individually or part of a team.
Self-motivated.
