    Description


    The Private Equity platform operates a number of specific European and North American focused funds and has had extraordinary success experiencing some of the highest returns in the market.

    As a result of this success the newest fund has been created and are now deploying their debut fund (in excess of €1bn) which has a new and innovative strategy.

    The key sectors are healthcare and tech and they invest across Europe

    The successful candidate will join a very active fund and will be responsible for end to end execution and also post acquisition value creation.

    The fund operates a very flat hierarchy and candidates who apply must want to join a fund where they can pro actively initiate and present their own investment ideas.

    The fund continually champion learning and development so this really is an excellent fund for those who want to have a significant impact early in their career whilst simultaneously developing their investing and value creation skill set.

    The successful candidate must work at a top tier Investment Bank either within M&A or Leveraged Finance or a Top 3 consultancy (ideally with exposure to PE due diligence projects).

    Relevant sector experience is not vital at this level but an interest in healthcare and tech is vital. Those working in Investment Banking must have had a lot of financial modelling and execution exposure.

    Candidates working in other mid or large cap funds who are looking for a change would also be very relevant.

    This represents a truly exceptional opportunity to join a Private Equity fund with an outstanding track record but at the same time be part of a debut fund and play a key role from the beginning.

    Such opportunities do not come around very often.
