    QA Manager Quality Assurance ManagerRemote - occasional visits to London Office£70,000We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Specialist to join an award-winning team.

    This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic development team and contribute to the creation and release of high-quality products for a discerning customer base.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Quickly understand business issues and data challenges within the organization and market.
    Document test requirements and user stories from specifications and discussions.
    Review and provide feedback on business requirements, specifications, processes, and proposed solutions.
    Create, document, and execute both manual and automated test scripts to enhance regression and early deployment testing.

    Collaborate with the Client Services team to ensure testing efforts and outcomes are documented and agreed upon with the customer upfront.

    Review and provide feedback on use cases/user stories used to author tests, evidencing outcomes.
    Communicate effectively with all internal stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions.

    Contribute to and maintain various project management tools including high-level planning, testing strategies, defect logs, change requests, and RAID logs.

    Participate in testing programs, including new functional and regression testing.
    Oversee and manage the testing process and strategy for streamlining and expansion.


    ISO 27001 Responsibilities:
    Adhere to information security policies and processes.
    Follow security procedures for information systems accessed.
    Maintain confidentiality of information disclosed as part of duties.
    Monitor the performance of the ISMS and communicate changes.
    Maintain awareness of UK information legislation and ensure all information is processed per the Data Protection Act 2018.


    Experience / Requirements:
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Experience with Azure DevOps, specifically in recording test plans and processing test cases, as well as isolating, replicating, and reporting defects.

    Manual testing experience for web user interfaces, black box, and API testing.
    Demonstrated Continuous Improvement mindset.


    Desirable Skills:
    Performance testing experience.
    Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and SSMS.Experience with automated testing through Azure DevOps and practical use of Selenium.
    Knowledge of XML / JSON / ACORD standards and B2B message processing.
