Lifeguard - West Lothian
Stepping Stones is currently one of the leading private swim lesson providers in Scotland, offering top-notch swimming lessons for kids in small groups with up to 6 children. As a member of the Stepping Stones team, you'll play a crucial role in guiding and advancing swimmers in our program.
We are seeking an individual who is lively, approachable, and enjoys working with children. Our team members are expected to be knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. In this role, you will oversee the safe delivery of our swim program and serve as a point of contact for parents and swimmers during lessons.
Our primary lessons are scheduled on weekday afternoons and weekends, providing flexibility for our lifeguard roles with opportunities for additional hours on a temporary or permanent basis.

We encourage our lifeguards to bring a sense of fun, friendliness, and approachability to their role. As part of the Stepping Stones team, you should be able to understand the needs of both the teaching staff and swimmers, adapt to various situations, and maintain composure under pressure.
Our primary goal is to make learning enjoyable. By creating a welcoming and relaxed environment, we believe that swimmers can fully engage and have a positive experience during their lessons. As one of the initial points of contact in a swimmer's journey, we aim for our lifeguards to actively participate, have fun, and enhance their overall experience.
