- In coordinationwith the project technical lead(s) define project objectivesproject scope roles & responsibilities based on the contractthe proposal and company objectives
- Define resource and technical requirements andmanage resource availability & allocation
- Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule keyproject milestones work streams & activities
- Outline a budget based onrequirements and track costs to deliver project on budget
- Managing delivery of the projectaccording to the program plan and the contract
- Track project and provide regularreports on project status to project team and key internal andexternal stakeholders
- Manage and adjust for any changes in project scopeschedule and/or budget
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks
- Manage the relationship andcommunication with the customer and all stakeholders ensuring theproject is delivered to their satisfaction
- Organizationand execution of company activities including project weekly synchmeetings monthly scheduling and project updates
- Invoice tracking and reconciliationof internal systems and ensuring accurate billing with internalsystems
- Variousadministrative tasks such as tracking company expenses subscriptionmanagement and overseeing asset inventory and general businessmanagement
- A Bachelors degree in a relaventfield.
- Ability to obtaina security clearance
- Morethan 5 years of proven project/program management in pastperformance
- FederalGovernment contracting and compliance experience stronglypreferred
- Experienceworking with a range of highly technical engineers and motivate /lead them to achieve their maximum potential on projecttasks
- Ability to clearlycapture complex technical concepts in writing and slides for bothtechnical and general audiences
- Must have high attention to detail and have experienceinterfacing directly with DOD customers
- Experience leading a team of technical subjectmatter experts
- Ability towork independently in a fastpaced environment while engaging inmultiple tasks at once
- Strong listening and problemsolving skills
- Familiar with the components of a Program Protection Planand the basic principles of each embedded security discipline(antitamper cybersecurity supply chain security)
- Experience with EVMS systems forgovernment contract management
- Experience with software assurance system integrity truststrategies supply chain exploitation methods and countermeasuresand/or general vulnerability analysis
- Technical Degree in engineering computerscience physics or related field
- PMP certification is desired but not a requirement. Shouldbe at least comfortable with all of the standard PMI processes andpractices
- Experiencemanaging programs using a range of approaches including traditionalwaterfall and agile approaches
