Administrator, Handle Freelance SolutionsWho are we?The Handle group was founded in 1978 and our heritage, passion, and specialisms are rooted within the media and entertainment industries.

Handle Freelance Solutions was established in 2014 and has become the preferred outsourced payroll and compliance solution for an impressive base of Media, Entertainment and Fashion brands.

What will you be doing?You will be fully accountable for your area of administration, ensuring all you do is done on time, to a high level of accuracy and within our tight deadlines.

Daily duties include:

Data input - recording all details for new freelance workers into the payroll system and databaseFollowing process guidelines to ensure all data is meeting compliance requirementsDaily and weekly reporting to identify workers eligible for Agency Worker Regulation changes.

Managing queries and the ensuing responses are dealt with within our SLA deadlines.
Carrying out checking processes to ensure all information is provided to the payroll team in time for processing.

Required skills & experience:
Experience of data-entry will be essential.
Excellent telephone and email communication.
You should have worked in a process-driven environment and the ability to absorb information and follow process is essential.
Payroll knowledge and understanding would be an advantage.

This can be a very busy and time-pressured environment, so we expect you to be able to work at pace.

We are judged on our accuracy, so you must have a keen eye for detail.

We are all accountable for our own areas of work, so you will have already have demonstrated an ability to manage your own workload and solve problems.

You must be a good communicator, able to build positive relationships, whether with colleagues or clients,We expect there to be ongoing flexibility around working style and home v office working, so you must be self-motivated and flexible in your approach and keen to take responsibility.
