    Votre mission ?
    Rattaché(e) à la Direction des services/projets et sous la responsabilité d'un(e) Directeur(rice) de projets, vous assurez le suivi et la conduite de projets Eudonet CRM de votre périmètre. Votre savoir-faire vous permet de travailler en mode multi-projets; vous modélisez pour concevoir fonctionnellement des applications en parfaite adéquation avec les besoins exprimés, menez des ateliers de personnalisation du CRM avec les clients et suivez les intégrations techniques des applications.
    Votre rôle :
    Comprendre les besoins utilisateurs pour les intégrer facilement à nos Produits,
    Définir les écarts au Produit, ce qui va être développé spécifiquement pour le Client,
    Rédiger les Users Stories pour faciliter la prise en main et conduire les tests,
    Planifier et coordonner les conceptions techniques,
    Piloter et organiser le projet pour respecter les objectifs de coût/qualité/délai,
    Accompagner le Client à utiliser le Produit, dispenser des formations,
    Suivre les évolutions attendues par le Client dans des lots ultérieurs.
    Avez-vous le profil ?
    De formation universitaire informatique ou dans un domaine fonctionnel, vous disposez d'une expérience réussie au minimum de 3 ans sur le même type de poste (Gestion de projet/ Solution CRM). Référent(e) fonctionnel(le) et facilitateur(-rice), vous comprenez les enjeux client/projet et savez accompagner l'ensemble des acteurs durant le cycle de vie des projets . Votre agilité vous permet d'évoluer sur des projets de durée et de dimension différentes. Vous êtes mobile et pouvez intervenir sur les sites clients de votre périmètre.
