Description
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Residential Property Valuer to join our fast-paced, professional and dedicated Estate Agency team.
You will provide accurate and appropriate advice to prospective clients on all aspects of a property sale.The Residential Property Valuer will additionally conduct, after an appropriate period of training and under the supervision of the Director of Business Development and Senior Surveyor, Desktop Valuations and Virtual Valuations.
The Residential Property Valuer may, in due course and after an appropriate period of training and under the supervision of the Director of Business Development and Senior Surveyor, provide flex-capacity to MOV8's team of Surveyors on condition that it does not affect performance in the areas above.
Superb written and spoken English skills;An enthusiastic and professional telephone manner;
Local property market knowledge;
Telephone Sales experience gained from within a call centre environment.

Salary of £23,500 to £28,500 per annum plus bonus. 00pm, Monday to Friday.You will receive a monthly bonus based on hitting weekly and monthly, individual and team, targets as well as for generating leads for the business.
