Recruitment Consultant - Education

Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 with uncapped commission

Location: Chelmsford

We're a top player in the education recruitment field in the UK and are on the hunt for a skilled and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Chelmsford team.

Our extensive network connects teachers, teaching assistants, and school support staff with over a thousand Primary and Secondary schools daily, catering to short and long-term assignments.

Given the rapid growth in this sector, we need an Education Recruitment Consultant to come on board at Academics in Chelmsford. We're open to cross-training from various temp sectors like Catering, Industrial, or Construction.

Overview:

Experienced Recruitment Consultant open to transitioning to the education sector
Focus on Primary and/or Secondary Schools
Position based in Chelmsford
Solid background in sales or recruitment
