- Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of accounting and taxation services
- Preparing statutory accounts, corporation tax computations, VAT returns and other tax-related work for clients
- Supervising and reviewing the work of junior staff
- Assisting in the training and development of junior team members
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
