    Description
    • Managing the shared inbox and allocating emails to the relevant category.
    • Logging new service calls/customer liaison via SAP Service Module and a Mobile Service App (Job Logic).
    • First point of contact for all incoming telephone calls.
    • Liaising with our credit control team to set up new customers/sites.
    • Housekeeping of SAP database, Job Logic, sites, equipment etc.
    • Updating our customers on their open/ongoing repairs or orders.
    • Liaising with other internal departments where required.
    • General administrative duties as required to support the operation of the Service department.

    Your Profile

    • Previous experience of working in a varied administrative role in a busy environment.
    • A good working knowledge of the MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
    • Professional and courteous telephone manner with ability to build strong relationships.
    • Good communication and teamworking skills are essential.
    • The ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • A flexible approach and willingness to learn and cover all aspects of daily office duties as and when required.
    • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.
    • Knowledge of SAP is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
