    Service Delivery Manager – Digital Health

    Overview of the Position


    Working in our market leading Digital Health Team, a Service Delivery Manager is a pivotal role supporting our ongoing growth journey.


    You will be responsible for ensuring that both the client and our project teams are supported in the successful delivery of our contracted Services.

    Responsible for engaging and supporting the delivery team, the conduit between sales/client engagement and ensuring project reporting and data is available to the PMO function.


    Ensuring the client is receiving the services outlined in the SoW while supporting the creation of service reporting within nominated accounts and / or projects.

    Key Responsibilities


    To harness long term, trusted relationships with our Healthcare clients.nSenior stakeholder engagement management with high profile client.nTo build trusting, supportive relationships with our project delivery teams.nEnsure pre delivery activities are carried out and in place prior to project kick off with Client.nPlay a key role in all relevant account development and customer success activities.nHave a strong grasp on our offering and how this can be tailored to support the client's needs.nWork with our Client and Delivery Directors to identify insights and challenges.nIdentify opportunities during delivery meetings and feedback into Account Management and Client Engagement.nWork closely with our delivery teams to ensure we are providing services in line with client expectations.nWork closely with our Client and Delivery Directors to identify and understand the client's needs and to resource projects effectively.nSupport the development of Statement of WorksnUse CRM to record customer engagement and activities to support Client Engagement and Account Management.

    Skills & Characteristics


    A genuine people person, with natural relationship building skills.nSignificant experience in supporting the NHS deliver digital projects.nA sound understanding of project management principles and lifecycles.nExperienced and comfortable in engaging with senior stakeholders within NHS organisations.nExperience in client facing roles within a professional services environment.nGood knowledge of the digital healthcare landscape and EPR.nHigh levels of honesty and integrity.
