    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Produce monthly and quarterly regulatory client reports and fund reports for Pooled Fund investors.
    • Produce factsheets across all geographical regions in which the company operates.
    • Support on the production and dissemination of pre-sale regulatory disclosures.
    • Answer and act on queries from other teams and clients across different geographies.
    • Build an in depth understanding of the company's product offering while building lasting relationships between teams.
    • To actively take part in project work to improve the team's processes and controls, with an emphasis on automation of manual tasks.

    Requirements

    • 4-10 years' experience in a client reporting role within asset management
    • Understanding and demonstrable experience with regulatory reporting such as EMT, EET, EPT, Solvency II etc
    • Ability to review large data sets and identify potential discrepancies and inconsistencies
    • Exposure to ESG is advantageous but not essential
    • Attention to detail and an ability to look at current processes with a critical eye in order to suggest improvements.
