    Position Overview:
    Our client is seeking driven individuals to join their team as Tech Recruitment Consultants in central London.

    As a Tech Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and placing top tech talent in leading companies across various industries.

    This role offers uncapped commission potential, providing an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals to excel in a rewarding and fast-paced environment.


    Responsibilities:
    Source and attract high-quality tech candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
    Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and technical assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
    Collaborate with clients to understand their tech talent requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
    Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to provide insights and advice to candidates and clients.
    Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs to drive business growth and success.


    Qualifications:
    Previous experience in recruitment, particularly within the tech sector, is advantageous but not essential.
    Preferably a graduate from a top 20 university. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
    Highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
    Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
    Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    Knowledge of tech roles, skills, and technologies is desirable but not essential.
