Gather information and verify details/research potential leads and contacts (names and contact details of key decision makers) using tools such as LinkedIn, Costar, jobs boards, as well as the internet and telephone.
Support the Business Development Team with data collation for networking and lead generation opportunities (information on business sectors, markets, companies).
Book new business appointments where appropriate.Ensure the CRM database is accurate, updated and progress of prospects is managed through the pipeline, undertaking regular cleansing as required.
Provide data required for the production of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for management.Communication skills:
confident and consultative when talking to prospects and customers on the phone, especially decision makers; Skilled use of Microsoft programmes to obtain, process and combine information (particularly the internet, Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook).
Educated to GCSE level in English and Mathematics.Competitive salary
