Our ideal candidate will have:- Experience in line managing in a Maintenance Environment City & Guilds Part 3, HNC, NCQ Level 4 or equivalent preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of Legionella prevention requirements within hospital buildings Demonstrated high level of organization & time management skills, particularly in an environment with multiple, and sometimes conflicting priorities.
