    Finance Planning and Analysis Manager

    We are partnered with a dynamic and impactful charity dedicated to improving Health Globally.

    Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Finance Business Partner. The Finance Business Partner will play a pivotal role in supporting the Charity's financial management and strategic decision-making processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to their mission and drive positive change.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.
    • Collaborate with program managers to develop and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
    • Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to identify risks and opportunities, and recommend appropriate actions.
    • Lead the preparation of financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, including the Board of Directors.
    • Establish and maintain effective financial controls and procedures to safeguard organizational assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Support grant management activities, including budget development, reporting, and compliance monitoring.
    • Drive process improvements and efficiency gains within the finance function, leveraging technology and best practices.
    • Foster a culture of financial accountability and transparency across the organization.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the non profit sector.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights effectively.
    • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
    • Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
