We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager at both the The Croft and Roydon Road in Diss, Norfolk. This will be a dual-service role.
The Croft is a small, friendly 8 bedded residential home supporting adults with Learning disabilities in their home and community in the centre of Diss.
Roydon Road is a specialist residential service for three adults with learning disabilities.
The successful candidate will support the Home Manager in ensuring that the homes are maintained in accordance with our regulatory bodies. The role holder will show a willlingess to manage the senior team to ensure high standards of care and service are achieved within the home to regulatory standards. The successful candidate will support the Home Manager in managing resources to ensure sales and profits are maximised.
