    Compliance and Operational Risk Manager - Technology

    EMEA Technology Global Compliance and Operational Risk (GCOR) team plays a crucial role in overseeing technology operations for our EMEA businesses.
    As a Compliance and Operational Risk Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive risk coverage for various technology functions within the EMEA Chief Technology Risk Office.

    Core Technology Infrastructure:
    Includes database, server, desktop platforms, cloud services, and network communications.
    Employee Experience Technology:
    Encompassing end-user support services.
    Application Production Services & Engineering:
    The Compliance and Operational Risk Manager will collaborate with technology leadership on new initiatives, regulatory changes, and more.
    Key responsibilities include:
    • Conducting control testing and risk assessments.
    • Overseeing legal entity Risk Self Assessments.
    • Reviewing policies and regulatory developments.
    • Collaborating with global counterparts for consistent risk management.
    Qualifications:
    • Specialist knowledge in database technologies, cloud environments, and network communications.
    • Extensive experience in risk management.
    • Solution-oriented with a drive to resolve complex issues.
