Our brand promise "Get The Future You Want" reflects our passion for people and technology and highlights the company's commitment to inclusion and sustainability.
An important aspect of 'Get the Future You Want' is to balance hybrid ways of working between your Capgemini office, home, and client location (where applicable). We recognise that it is an imperative to create flexibility so you can enjoy an optimal work-life balance and feel empowered to achieve success. When you come onboard, or before, please discuss this with your manager so you can agree the best ways of working for your role, team, and client.

    Get The Future You Want

    Flexibility to work your way
You will be encouraged to have a positive work-life balance. Our hybrid-first way of working means we embed hybrid working in all that we do and make flexible working arrangements the day-to-day reality for our people. All UK employees are eligible to request flexible working arrangements.

    Shape your path
You will be empowered to explore, innovate, and progress. You will benefit from Capgemini's 'learning for life' mindset, meaning you will have countless training and development opportunities from thinktanks to hackathons, and access to 250,000 courses with numerous external certifications from AWS, Microsoft, Harvard ManageMentor, Cybersecurity qualifications and much more.

    An overview of the role:

As a Process Analytics and Automation Consultant, you will work with market-leading clients and technology suppliers, applying cutting-edge solutions to solve industry problems. Your expertise in either process mining or process automation and data-driven consulting skills will drive bottom-line growth for our clients by optimising their processes using analytics and automation.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and shape the future of businesses through data-driven insights by leveraging your consulting skills while making recommendations on the future strategies for their businesses.

You will play a pivotal consulting role: for example, facilitating workshops, managing workstreams, delivering impactful communications to our clients, providing recommendations on their future, providing training and support on new capabilities. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, you'll collaborate closely to understand their needs, address challenges, and achieve successful outcomes.

Fuelling your passion for continuous learning, you'll stay ahead of industry trends, constantly exploring advancements in process mining, automation, advanced analytics and technology. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our leadership initiatives and the development of innovative analytics and AI products and services. Together, we'll address sustainability challenges, combat climate change, and champion active inclusion.
