Main Duties:- Participate in a comprehensive mentoring and shadowing program to build teaching skills and confidence
- Assist in the safe delivery of swimming lessons following the Stepping Stones weekly framework
- Support the progression and development of each swimmer through the Stepping Stones framework
- Engage with the assessment of swimmers for the awards program twice per year
- Provide feedback to the Stepping Stones office as required
