Position: Site Manager - Steel Construction and Aluminium Demountable Structures

Salary: £40,000-£50,000

Type: Perm

Location: Stoke-On-Trent (travel will be expected)

As my client continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to join a dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As the Site Manager for Steel Construction and Aluminium Demountable Structures, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating all on-site activities, managing resources, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

·Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.

·Lead and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

·Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.

·Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality standards and safety protocols.

·Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance.

·Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

·Address any issues or concerns promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

·Foster a collaborative and positive work environment conducive to project success.

Requirements:

·Proven experience in construction management, specifically in steel construction and aluminium demountable structures.

·Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·Proficiency in project management software and tools.

·Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

·Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

·Certification in construction management or related field (desired).
