    We are expanding our team in the Lord's Kitchen and have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie who is passionate about producing high-quality food to join our friendly, professional team.

    The Chef de Partie role:
    • Produce a constant high standard and presentation of food.
    • Assist in maintaining all legal health, hygiene, and safety records.
    • Assist in ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained within the kitchen.
    • Communicate within the team to ensure they all understand the parameters of the business through the Head Chef objectives.
    • Assist in communication of any food, equipment, and logistic requirements in good time prior to all service times.

    • You must provide your own knives and whites as part of this Chef de Partie role.

    Essential Skills
    • Hold a current Level 2 Food Safety Award
    • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food and beverages
    • A calm, self-motivated, open-minded, and innovative person who takes pride in their work.
    • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Thrive on a challenge.
    • Team player who is also able to work unsupervised.
    • Hardworking and dedicated.

    Desirable Skills

    You will ideally have worked at a high-profile venue, preferably within sports.
